Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct assessments and develop trauma-informed, individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Monitor progress, adjust programming, and ensure clinical excellence

  • Maintain documentation and compliance aligned with Medicaid and ethical standards

  • Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented team culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active BCBA certification and Arkansas licensure (or eligibility)

  • Passion for ethical, child-centered ABA

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Commitment to transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Top-Tier Starting Pay — Always Transparent, Always Honest:

  • $16/hour for those new to the field

  • $18/hour for licensed RBTs

  • Plus, a performance-based bonus structure tied to billable hours

  • Annual raises with clear criteria — no guesswork, no games

What You’ll Do:

  • Providing 1:1 ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum

  • Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and modify care plans based on ongoing assessments

  • Collecting and recording data on each child’s progress and making adjustments to their care

  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA therapy
